Workshop Booking Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions affect your legal rights and obligations so please read carefully. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@advocate.agency

1. Advocate Agency (AA) is not responsible for a change in the content or style advertised in the workshop should the Casting Director instruct a change less than 72 hours prior to the workshop date.
2. In the event of an AA cancellation due to Force Majeure ie illness, COVID, train strikes or any other act of God, AA will provide the actor up to 2 alternative workshop dates within the same year only.
3. RE: Cancellations AA requires 5 days notice prior to the workshop for a full refund. If cancellation is due to illness or other commitments, 1 rollover will be offered within the same calendar year.
4. Preparation material provided by the Casting Director should be treated as workshop use only.
5. Photography and videography may take place at the workshop purely for AA online marketing and corporate use unless otherwise notified. We take your workshop ticket purchase as permission to share unless you wish to state otherwise.
6. We adhere to the CDG Workshop Guidelines. By booking a workshop, you acknowledge the following CDG disclaimer: I understand that the presence of a Casting Director is absolutely not a guarantee or promise of employment. I further understand that the intent of this class is solely educational and not a form of job interview or audition.
7. We may change the terms or wording of this policy from time to time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this policy so that you are aware of any changes.
8. Although Government guidelines have changed, AA deem it necessary to introduce COVID restrictions. This may include attendees providing a negative lateral flow test prior to entry.
9. Please note an additional £2 has been added to workshop price due to room hire price increase. This increase happened in January but has not been passed on to our customers until September 2023 due to the cost of living crisis.
